Özel Belek MMT Hospital Gebe Okulumuz; anne adaylarının gebelik, doğum ve doğum sonrası süreçleri hakkında doğru bilgiye ulaşmalarını sağlamak, fiziksel ve zihinsel olarak doğuma hazırlanmalarına rehberlik etmek amacıyla hizmet vermektedir. Programımız, uzman sağlık profesyonelleri tarafından, güncel tıbbi literatür ve etik kurallar çerçevesinde yürütülmektedir. GEBE OKULU Anne adaylarına; gebelik döneminde dikkat edilmesi gerekenler, doğum fizyolojisi, ağrı yönetimi ve bebek bakımı konularında eğitim veren, gebelerin bu süreci daha sağlıklı ve bilinçli geçirmelerini hedefleyen bir eğitim programıdır. Temel Amacımız: Anne adaylarını gebelik, doğum ve lohusalık süreçleri hakkında bilgilendirmek. Doğum eylemiyle baş etme becerilerini (nefes ve gevşeme teknikleri) kazandırmak. Doğum korkusunu bilgi ile yenerek, anne adayının sürece uyumunu artırmak. Anne sütü ve emzirmenin önemi konusunda farkındalık oluşturmak.
